Yes I’ll need a paternity test done, I’m only in contact with ma￼n #1 (said to have had a vasectomy) #2 was total one night stand who has me blocked￼. All dates measure up to man #1, I’ve been honest from the beginning with him but tell me why he won’t do the prenatal dna test (the non-invasive one) ￼I’ve offered to pay for it if he’d do it. This is all my fault but it hurts so bad! 24 weeks 4 days pregnant

Probably because once there’s proof it’s his, you can take him for child support and he doesn’t want you to be able to do that. Without a DNA test, you can’t definitively say that’s his baby legally speaking and therefore he cannot be held financially responsible.

You can go to the court and they will make him do a test. I’m not sure exactly how it works, but I would see if you can talk to someone in the family court system.

Man #1 are you sure he’s had a vasectomy or is that something he just tells females to have unprotected sex with them? He might not want a  paternity test because he thinks it’s a waste of time BUT if he’s still refusing one even tho you would pay for it,that’s shady. Take him to court for a paternity test
