6 months postpartum knee pains

Hello ladies,

I gave birth to my daughter in March 2023. It was a normal delivery but I had few stitches down there. I breastfed my baby for 12 weeks and after that my milk started getting lesser and lesser so we switched to formula milk gradually.

Coming to my health presently, I have very bad knee pains from after delivery. I feel like an old lady. Everytime I stand up or sit down my knees hurt like crazy.

I went to the doctor and got my blood work done there is no problem with thyroid or anything.

Kindly share your experience if anyone of you had same issues. What did you do to deal with this pain/soreness.
