Allergy or sensitivity ?

Do you think this is an allergy?

My 1 year old has developed a tiny rash around her mouth, after eating a few specific foods (eggs, milk, ect). But the rash is very mild and disappears in about 5 minutes (no bumps or blisters, just a few red blotches). It seems too mild to be an allergy… but maybe a sensitivity? I also think she may have a hint of eczema, so could some foods be a skin irritant?

New territory for me - and allergy specialist won’t see her until she’s 18 months! Thank you all😀
