No symptoms at 6 weeks

Hello I’m 6 weeks today and I still have no symptoms (I know this can be completely normal) but even my boobs are not sore what so ever. My nipples have been a bit tender here and there but they aren’t sore what so ever, like not even tender not sore not anything.

I had to go for a scan at 5 weeks and 4 days due to being high risk and there was a sac and a yolk. I’m due back there in 4 days for another scan but my minds doing overtime at the min 😔
