25 weeks and lots of BH contractions

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have been having BH contractions from 12 weeks. But last 2 days I feel I am having them more often, today they are painful as well, but they go away when I change position, because of which I don’t think they are the real deal. I do get recurrent uti’s. Could it just be uti symptoms? Online it says if I get 4 or more in an hour I should go, which I have been getting. I also get them every time I lay down.

Mama’s with multiple pregnancies, do you know if this is normal? Or I need to get checked out?
