30 weeks painful leg cramps at night
I’m 30w3d and at night when I’m trying to go to sleep my feet and legs are start to cramp so bad I have to get out of bed and walk around or stretch them a certain way until the pain stops. I was up 5-6 times last night.. anyone else experiencing this?? This is my 3rd baby and I’ve never dealt with this before
