No longer sleeping through the night

My child just had surgery 2 weeks ago for tonsil and adenoid removal and ever since her surgery her snoring improved but she no longer sleeping through the night she is waking up at 4/5 am everyday no matter what time she go to sleep before her surgery she will wake up at 8am any reasons on to why ? She is also going to be 2 next month not sure if that has any difference

Side note: naps are still the same during the day as before she slept all night
