Diffrin gel is NOT working

Question

My doctor recommended me to use diffren gel for my hormonal acne I’m already on my second tube only use a pea size amount as said and still see no difference. I’ve used just about every acne product idk what else to do I feel so ugly with this acne and during my period it’s worse 😞 and I can’t afford to see a dermatologist with no health insurance.

I have horrible acne and have been battling it. I user benzoyl peroxide cream which is a wash . got it for 15 dollars at walmart but i'm sure US will be cheaper. 
I got a prescription for benzoic clinmide but if you don't have health insurance Paula's choice has similar products . Wait until they go on sale . 
Clinique has a salicylic acid spot treatment works miracles I've been using it for years but no longer works for me . I recommend it for you if you have never tried it.

Witch hazel is a god sent. It’s a natural astringent but doesn’t dry skin out and also moisturizes. Every time I break out I use it and it clears up amazingly. Couldn’t hurt to try it.

This product helps more than just acne and is technically for hormonal disorders like pcos but this has helped my acne more than anything I’ve ever tried!!!! I’ve had acne since I was in 3rd grade.. I’m 25 now and I STILL have acne because of my hormones!!
The only thing that has helped is myo inositol… I buy a container of it for $70 and it last 3 months… it has absolutely no taste whatsoever and you can put it in ANYTHING that’s not carbonated.– smoothies, coffee, juice, or even straight up water because it literally has no taste!!
