My skin today period week!

I already have really bad hormonal acne and this is how it gets before period. I’ve tried just about everything I don’t know what to do anymore. The only thing that helped my skin was being on the pill but that’s something I don’t want to turn back to just for acne. This is both sides of my cheeks

This helped my skin so much! You have to be consistent for it to work. Also, get a good moisturizer. It will dry skin out.

You’re not alone girl ❤️ I try my best not to touch and to use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer in the morning and evening like Cerave and that seems to help. I also like the Burt’s Bees blemish sticks for spot treatments.

Go to a dermatologist they will tell you the correct products for hormonal acne, drugstores stuff just doesn’t work for hormonal acne… not in my experience anyways, you also need to keep your face moisturised but again with the correct moisturisers with the right ingredients, I had to use products with high salicylic acid content along with salicylic peels every 2 weeks for 3 months, cleared mine up hasn’t come back since. I had mine all round my jawline under the skin cysts, hope that helps x
