How do i get rid of small skin tags on neck?

Recently noticed I have quit a bit of very tiny skin tags on neck that are the color of my skin. They seem too small to even tie floss or anything around it for it to fall off. What are other ways to get rid of them fast?

I have removed a ton by tying hair around it and it falls off within the hour. I’m not sure if yours are big enough to tie a hair around but it works great for me and doesn’t hurt. Just make sure you tie it and double tie it and it should make them fall off

i’m too scared to remove mine it hurts lol i tried getting one off my neck with fingernail clippers and when i went to pinch down it hurt i got scared lol

There’s not really any way to have them removed quickly aside from having a doctor remove them. 
With that being said, absolutely do not recommend, I removed mine myself. I get skin tags occasionally. I had a medium sized one on my neck for most of my life. Finally got tired of it and cut it off with cuticle scissors. It bled for ages and I have a small scar now, but it’s better than that thing that got stuck on clothing at random times and it looked bad. The teeny tiny ones I just pinch with my fingernails and pull real hard. They come off easy and bleed for a couple seconds.
