Hormonal acne

Question

Anybody else grow up their whole life with normal unproblematic skin and then hit 25-30 and now have cystic/hormonal acne? I have no idea what to do to fix it. I don't eat dairy either so please don't suggest quitting dairy @ I know it could be worse, but it is very painful. Any products work for you?

Neosporen with pain relief when it painful. Have you visited a dermatologist? I had a friend with horrible acne they put her on a whole regimen than finished with chemical peels and she doesn’t look like she ever had a pimple. Might be a good idea. For me ac he is what I consume. Soy, gluten, wheat, caramel coloring, dairy etc. sometimes it what comes in contact having to wash pillow cases or sheets. Ore often. Sweating more. Cotton pillow cases. Breathable fabrics. Cosmetics. What you apply the cosmetic with brushes and applicators needing to be changed more often. Detergents, soaps, lotions, creams, sometimes a side effects of a medication like birth control or supplement like hair skin and nails that sounds like a good idea but the biotin can break out your skin. Talking to your gynecologist and seeing if getting your hormones checked or changing birth control or hormone replacement therapy pills. I hope things get better
