Newborn

When we first got home baby was soooo gassy so now the gas has turned into non stop poop 😭 I JUST changed her poopy diaper and LESS than 5 mins later she’s pooping again. The other day I had already changed 5 poop diapers and it was only 2pm. I’m so scared of wiping her butt so frequently that it can cause it to be a bit raw but I know I have to change her butt. Anything I can use so her butt won’t be so irritated during the very frequent diaper changes?
