Please help me !!!

Good afternoon everyone, please help, I normally have 28 days cycle but I noticed that it changes sometimes like sometimes it will be 26 sometimes it will be 28, so it happened that last month it was 26 instead of 28 day’s cycle, I saw my period on 8th of Augest and I suppose to see it on 4th of September but because it changes to 26 days cycle I now saw it on 2nd of September now the issue is that I suppose to see it on 28th of this month if i where to calculate it 26 days but I didn’t come out, now today being 30th I suppose to see it if I calculate it as 28 days but still yet it didn’t come out, i have been trying to get pregnant, so I decided to do urine test this morning but it came out negative, please house do u think is too early to test, because my breast is heavy and painful, my abdomen is painful and I feel tired a lot, I eat a lot and I also sleeps a lot, my back hurts, please I don’t know if I tested too early please help
