Painful cramps waking me up

So on my 6th pregnancy… never had anything like this. I’m 5 weeks today. Last night I woke up a couple times to very painful cramps around midnight. It woke me up from my sleep each time. I’ve had 4 miscarriages and they never started off with cramping, and honestly I have a high pain tolerance and this cramping was bad! I’ve been feeling pregnant this pregnancy, no spotting or anything. Has anyone else had this? I’ve had super light mild cramping during the day but when I was asleep last night it was pretty strong! Nothing at all this morning. I’m wondering if this was some stretching down there happening? Anyone else have something like this?
