Sadly a ectopic pregnancy

So after on off spotting I had bad cramps where I knew something wasn’t right and little baby was growing in my right tube and had some internal bleeding so had to remove my tube yesterday. I can’t believe it so heartbreaking. Baby was seen and alive but wouldn’t survive being in the wrong place. I really thought this time it would work out for me after having a chemical in June. Gotta keep fighting I guess. Sending luck and hugs to everyone in your pregnancies xx
