Feeling mopey

I feel like my fiancée hasn’t touched me sexually since I started showing. We haven’t had sex in almost 3 months and before that, he would only ever touch me if we were in the shower. Never in the bedroom and zero spontaneity. I’ve told him a few times that it’s hurting my feelings and he acts like he hasn’t been long at all. All I can think about it how when this baby comes, it’s going to be 6 weeks without sex again and then it’ll be a struggle to find the time or privacy with a newborn.
