Autoimmune disease

I recently was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.. I’ve been absolutely miserable. I have Graves’ disease & that is also linked to thyroid eye disease which I’m pretty sure I also have. I have been having so much eye discomfort and pain. It’s really stressful and I can’t seem to get any relief at all. I’m waiting to get an appointment with an endocrinologist… but unsure when that will be. I’ve already seen My optometrist and he said my eyes were healthy and prescribed some steroid eye drops for a week… they haven’t helped at all and I’m now finished them. I don’t know anyone else with the condition & need someone to talk to. I’ve been off work for the past month.. I’ve been having a lot of bad symptoms including a resting heart rate of 120. I’ve been put on beta blockers & I can hardly get out of bed but I have no choice but to go back next week as I can’t afford to be off anymore. I’m extremely stressed out about everything. I really don’t know how to handle it all .. this is terrible
