Calling ladies with PCOS

Heather • 2 angel 👼🏽👼🏽 🌈 Mother to daughter born May 30 ❤️❤️

While I haven't been diagnosed, I'm almost certain that I have PCOS. Funny I had the same symptoms about two years ago and recently they have came back. I'm getting an adequate amount of sleep and waking up so tired I can barely get out of bed. I also feel very weak and have intense cravings for sugar. I'm hungry throughout the whole day and I'm only full for a short period of time. I have brain fog and on and off headaches. I do suffer from terrible anxiety, so I'm not sure if anxiety could just be causing all of this or if it's PCOS with anxiety. do PCOS symptoms come and go? Because I haven't felt this bad in about two years. I do have occasional episodes, but I'm on day four of feeling like complete crap. I cannot do daily activities. It's really really hard for me to do anything. I tried exercising, but I could not get through it, I need to do laundry, but I feel like I cannot make it. I just wanna lay down all day and sleep and eat pretty much. Looking through the symptoms of PCOS. I do have a couple facial hairs on my chin. I have weight in my abdomen that is really hard to get rid of. My periods are slightly irregular, but I do get one every month. Sometimes they come every two weeks. Sometimes it's every three weeks. I do remember being late with ovulation and I've also had two miscarriages in the past. I just want to feel better. But I don't really know what to do. 😔
