How to know if im having a miscarriage?

I have light cramps nothing extreme just here and there. I’m 5weeks and 2 days and having some brown discharge very little and very light pick when I wipe but still not a lot. Not enough to fill the toilet paper maybe a dime size of both.

I had some spotting with my second child (third pregnancy) and he turned out just fine 😊 turns out I had a yeast infection. I didn’t really notice any symptoms. With my miscarriage I had no bleeding or spotting. You just never know but try to stay calm :)

Heavy bleeding with clots bad cramps in your belly and maybe your back if your bleeding turns red call your doctor

My miscarriage I had extream cramping and a ton of bleeding right away. I've had light cramping and spotting with all 3 pregnancies since then.

Unfortunately for my missed miscarriage I had some very mild brown/ pink discharge/ spotting at 10 weeks. I never got cramps. 
If your worried I would go to the doctors but unfortunately there really isn’t anything that can be done at this stage and they might not be able to tell anyway as there isn’t usually a heart beat at this gestation. 
Best of luck, it can be very normal for some women.
