Is it a migraine?

I’ve never been diagnosed with migraines though I am fairly used to bad headaches. Recently though I’ve had an increase of very nearly debilitating headaches. They start as a normal headaches then I get sharp pains at the base of my skull. Usually within a short amount of time my scalp starts to tingle and then I swear I can feel every hair on my head. Sometimes it stalls there but occasionally it continues to where I feel like I’m not really in control of my body. Like I can still function but it takes a ton of effort to tell my limbs what to do. I feel almost floaty but not in a good way 😅 it’s very painful and sleep and meds don’t help like it does with my other headaches, I just kind of have to wait it out. Anyways - does that sound like a migraine?
