Am I in the wrong for saying my mother i law is racist?

I 25F mixed half black half white have been with my high school boyfriend white 25M for coming on 10 years. My and my mother i law have never really got on she has always treat me differently to the other sister in laws in the fam like not including me in things ect. ( she has also done ALOT WORSE) but I won’t her into it. Recently over the last few month she’s been making comment like “ if you did that I would rag you by your Afro” or saying to my new born niece “ this is your black auntie” and making comment about my birth dad saying how black he is ect. It’s really starting to her under my skin am I wrong for thinking this?
