I can’t take the smell anymore.

I’m not even joking. I need help. Everything was just fine for almost a year until the new neighbors below me moved in with two cats. The first few months were normal but ever since a couple months ago the whole apartment hallway and now my WHOLE APARTMENT smells like cat pee!! It’s almost as if it gets worse everyday. They always leave for days and nobody comes to clean the litter boxes so I know they’re not keeping up with them. They never take their trash out to the road and you’d think it’d be full if you’re cleaning out two litter boxes every day right?! What can I do!! We’ve complained to the landlord and all she said was “I haven’t thought of the smell or a solution yet.” Like DUH because you don’t have to deal with it everyday. Honestly it’s miserable. I’ve began to wake up with a runny nose everyday and itchy burning eyes. It’s not fair at all. We have zero animals why do I have to suffer the consequences because people aren’t properly caring for theirs.
