Eye Patching

Toddler is 2.5 years old and has a lazy eye. He has been wearing glasses for roughly 4months. We were told a couple of weeks ago that we need to be patching his strong eye for a couple of hours a day.

Anyone with any tips how to get a patch on and to stay on? He is a strong and stubborn boy who absolutely refuses to put it on. If I get it on it is ripped off within a matter of seconds. His teachers at daycare managed to get it on and stayed on for well over the 2hr time and yet I cannot get it to the point of being on 😫
