Transition nap
When did you mom’s transition your baby to one nap a day? Lately my son wakes up in the middle of the night and won’t go back to sleep for 2ish hours and I heard that’s a sign of needing to cut a nap, but he’s only 10 months old and I feel like that’s really young to go down to 1.. help!
