My baby is aggressively teething

She's 4 months in 2 weeks and she's teething so bad it's making her agressive. She's doing it a lot recently the last 3 days! She's keeps pulling my hands/fingers towards her mouth and really pushing down with her mouth!

Shes also got a ear infection.. my doctor prescribed antibiotics and said give her calpol etc and if she's not any better in 48hrs start the antibiotics. She's really not herself at the moment she's crying and refusing any boob or bottles. when she's on my boob she's pulling away and lifting her head up facing the other side! Does anyone have any advice on this?
