Does your ex’s new gf look similar to you?

I was on FB the other day and saw my ex from a few years ago’s profile. Out of general curiosity I viewed it and saw a pic of his latest gf who looks so similar to me—I actually mistook it for a picture of myself at first glance.

None of my ex’s look anything alike, maybe cause I don’t have an exact type, but this got me wondering: how common is it to have a type and stick to it??

Not mine, but my sisters ex boyfriends new girlfriend looked identical to my sister it was scary. 
They have a kid together and he picked up my niece from my mom’s house. I was confused as to why my sister was opening the car door for my niece only to find out it wasn’t my sister! Lol
He definitely had a type.

Not me, but when my mom went through her dating stage, 2 men she dated looked exactly like my stepdad (Who's like my dad). She always denied it when my uncles made jokes but everyone was like "Gurl! They as different as morning and.... (pause) later that morning." Lol.

My husband doesn’t have a type, but my sisters’s ex boyfriend has a new girlfriend that looks like a copy of my sister!!!! It’s kind of crazy tbh… also just have to add a guy who i knew in highschool said he only dated blondes, until he asked me out and i turned him down 😂 after that he only dated short brunettes 😂

I chose "we look nothing alike", but the truth is one of them has a girlfriend that looks nothing like me and one of them has a girlfriend that looks very similar to me. ￼
