Dating with an age gap

Sooo I’m dating someone who’s a bit older than me, I’m 19 and he’s 23 (about to turn 24)

I’m kind of scared to tell my mum about our relationship. We haven’t yet spoken about introduce each other to our parents but I can’t stop thinking about it 😅

I guess I’m just kind of hoping there are girls out there in similar situations, I’d love to hear your experience as well as any advice you’d be comfortable giving.
