Is it soon to test ? Any advice ?

I’m currently 9dpo , I will be 10dpo tomorrow. I tested and confirmed ovulation was 10/23 - 10/24 with my first positive test result for this cycle being on the 23rd. Possible day of conception is 10/19 . I tested this morning 11/1 (fmu) and got a BFN so I am a bit skeptical about testing again tomorrow.

All of my symptoms (started around 3dpo-4dpo):

Extremely sore breasts (gotten worse over time) , visible veins I haven’t noticed before on both breasts , a terrible backache , consistent or almost consistent abdominal cramps that favor the left side , random hiccups , leg cramps , palpitations, headaches, fatigue and bloating . I seen what looked to be a small brown speck when I wiped , I only seen it twice and that was it , ( 6dpo-7dpo ) can’t remember which day it was. I hope I’m not symptom spotting or overthinking it. AF is due 11/3

Has anyone gotten a BFP after 10dpo or had similar symptoms and gotten a BFP?
