Your own child? How could you?

Friday my ex bf and I got into an argument/ fight over me not wanting to be a stepmom to a child that was conceived from him cheating. I was taking him to work and tried to break things off he got violent he tried to flip it on me and say I cheated when I know we didn’t I got tired of him arguing with me so I told him to get out my car. Went back and forth for 15 minutes it escalated to him hitting me, since I’m being hit I took my keys out my car and phone walked over to the drivers side to get him out my car. I literally had to pull him out the car. Finally got him out locked my doors. Tried to drive off he punches my window thank god it didn’t break. But has a crack and my Tints has a hold in it.He told me he was going to kill me, destroy my car mind you it’s a 2024 that I only had for 2 months. He told me that he is going to make sure my kids are taken, told me he hopes me and my kids die. I’m licensed to carry but I didn’t want to take it there just because that’s my child’s father I don’t have that in my heart you know. I’m not evil. Called the cops made a police report.

Fast forward Halloween he called dyfus on me and told them that I abuse my child. They came to the school dyfus made my child pull her pants down in which I don’t understand. My daughter is crying upset doesn’t want to go to school. The school or dyfus did not notify me. And the cops told me this was not a normal procedure. If my child didn’t call me I wouldn’t have known what happened. I had to reach out to the school to find out that I had an active case. I’m still not sure what it was about first they said it was due to the fight then it was her father who made the allegations. I’m not sure. But my daughter goes to school in NJ I live in PA I just recently moved back.

So Today a caseworker showed up to my parents house come to find out she has been stocking the house which I don’t even live there anymore, she knocked on the door my dad came to the door the caseworker started yelling saying put your dog up, trying to force her way in the house. My dad told her he will call the cops and to get off the property. A neighbor was pulling up and called the cops as well. The case worker called the cops and said my dad had a gun which was false. The neighbor also co-signed on that statement as well and the neighbor stood there with my dad until the cops showed up just because cops will shoot based on that. My mom and I pulled up. My mom told me to stay put while she talked to her and the cops. The cops instructed her to leave but she still was arguing with the cops. I drove off and I called her on the phone and asked her why she caused all the commotion/why she told 3 neighbors that she was dyfus and disclosing my personal information to the neighbors. Currently looking to sue because I was not contacted or notified, my child is traumatized, my ex bf lied on me, and they did not take the proper procedures. I talked to the superintendent at the school they said the school and caseworker should’ve spoke with me. The cops even said pulling a child’s pants down and making them turn around in from of the caseworker and nurse was not proper procedures. Am I doing the right thing? Also have a temporary restraining order on him, and police report. I’m just hurt, I have been crying non stop as well as my kids. Now my daughter is saying she doesn’t have a dad which is heartbreaking.

P.S on my ex boyfriend’s behalf this is also out of jealousy every time I brought something new for me or the kids it’s like he hated it or caught an attitude. Also has a history of tearing up my cars he is the reason why I had to get rid of my Malibu. Was scared to leave but I want/deserve better.
