Am I being crazy/overprotective? Update

I'm 32m and my girlfriend is 30f. She has 2 boys from a previous marriage and I have a daughter from a previous relationship. We are having our first child together and she recently made a mom friend. The mom friend is fine. It's her husband I have issues with. I don't know what's going on but I get weird vibes from him. Idk if it's a dad feeling but I got weird vibes from him when I first met him. Then he started saying weird things asking if my daughter likes anybody. She's 7. And asked me how I would react if I caught my 7 year old daughter making out with a girl. The same way I would react if I caught her at 7 making out with a boy. Then he goes from asking that to talking about how hot lesbians are. It made me uncomfortable. He's also weird with my step sons but my girlfriend doesn't see it. I kicked him out of our house yesterday because he asked me a weird question. I'm a preschool teacher and he asked me is it normal for smaller kids to masturbate? They have kids so I thought maybe he saw one of their kids doing it. I figured he asked because I have a degree in child psychology and early childhood development along with a teaching degree. I said it is and then he said "I'm not trying to be weird so please don't take it that way. But if it's normal for them to masturbate, what's the youngest age a child can orgasm?" He kept saying not in a creepy way. He's curious. I told him to get the fuck out of my house and my girlfriend thought I was overreacting and her friend said it was okay they will go. Then this dude tried to hug my daughter on the way out. I told him to stop and he said to stop trying to paint him as a weirdo. My girlfriend thinks I'm being overdramatic and her friend has been with that man for over 10 years. I told her I don't care. I don't like him. He's not welcomed at my house. She told me her dad was overprotective and I'm gonna just end up pushing my daughter away. Would you not find this guy weird?

Update: I told the whole situation to my girlfriend's mom so they could give her another opinion and her mom said exactly "What the fuck! That's disgusting!" So my girlfriend is on my side now. Even how he was with her son's her mom also found creepy and disgusting. I have made a report to child protective services so hopefully they look into it and hopefully their kids will be okay. But we are on the same page now.
