Stressedddd ???! Please help girls

Advise please girls - I’m on my 5th round of letrazole but 2nd with 5MG last one worked but miscarriage at a very early stage. I got Covid last weekend and been poorly this week so I’ve been slacking on bbt due to high temp, started feeling more normal now and no fever. I tested the other evening and got a peak … , I’m starting to get very stressed with these strips so was advised by my fertility clinic not to use anyway due to them not being accurate with PCOS and when on meds like letrazole and clomid. So what I’m going to now do is baby dance every other day then 3 days this whole cycle, otherwise I’m going to make myself poorly with these bloods test strips. Has anyone else’s done this Method before ? any advise or help would be highly appreciated TTC 6 years !!
