Can my 13 month old sleep on a full size bed?

He started climbing out of the crib at 11 months so we put his mattress on the floor. Now he rolls off the crib mattress and wakes up

You can, but I would recommend it being on the floor. You can get a floor rail for the crib mattress you have so that baby can't roll off and wake up.

My baby did this too I just put the mattress on the floor rolled up some old bedding into a long roll and put uunder the sheet around the edges to stop her rolling out at night I then took one away a month and she has never fallen of the mattress (10cm high) in 2 years and I would know as I would hear it easily she has now learnt the boundaries of her bed when asleep and she is 2.5

I wished until my son was able to walk until I put him in his toddler bed. They have floor bed setups you can do though, I’d probably have the gate thing like the other comment showed since baby is still pretty young

No you need to lower the crib is he is able to climb out of it, if he is on a mattress you need  something along the mattress so he doesn’t roll off 
Also put up a baby gate or lock on the door so he can’t roam around outside the room
