What's the best baby items to get at a rural gas station?

Our baby came early, before we finished moving to a new home, so our nursery mostly has just lots of swaddle cloths. My husband might be able to go into "town" today. (Our town has less than 100 people.) The gas station is pretty well stocked, and I am wondering if any experienced parents can help me make a shopping list for him? What are the most useful things you could find at one?

Depends on the gast station. We're in a small town and most of the "towns" around us only have a gas station. Those gas stations are more like a dollar general and don't have baby items. We did recently pass through a town a couple lf hours away thay had a big gas station that was also their town store. It was like a mini Walmart and had diapers and wipes, but nothing else as far as baby items. Most people in small towns like that have to go to bigger towns to get their essentials. Our small town has a Walmart and an HEB (Texas only store geared more towards food with great deals) all of the people in even smaller towns around our town shop in our town.
