I am in shock

I am 37 years old I had a chemical pregnancy months back. I have been having intense cramping that comes and goes mostly on my left side and in my back. Everything has been tasting off and nasty days ago i felt like i had come down with the flu. Period was due today and didn't start. Usually I spot 8-9 days between periods or more and usually 4-5 days before my period starts and I have not spotted 1 time. So I knew something was up. When i had the chemical i had cramping and i am nervous but i trust that god will take care of me. If its in his will then it will be. If not then I know that he has better plans for me. This will be my 5th child we have 4 children already.
