Headache all day

Im 37w 4d and I don’t know when to be concerned about a head ache. I had an OB appointment yesterday and my urinalysis showed some protein but that’s not uncommon for me. My blood pressure hasn’t been high at all. Baby is moving a bit less today but was extremely active yesterday and I was having sporadic contractions. She does move if I push around on my belly. My doctors office closed early today and now I’m wondering if I should go to the er.
