Hi guys I’ve been having a lot of mixed emotions about having my baby a week ago.

1) I feel disconnected with her,my pregnancy was pretty stressful and my baby is the sweetest baby. But I feel like everyone around me has more of a connection with her than me.. which makes me super sad and I feel bad bc I want to be able to have that same excitement that I see everyone else does.

2) my relationship has not been the easiest and ever since I gave birth I’ve been irritated with my partner, his freedom, doing things his way and not really having a say in any decision. How do I reconnect with him in a positive way? And how do I regulate my emotions towards him?

3) learning how to be a mom is very difficult if you have any tips for the newborn phase I’d love to hear them.
