Anyone have any ideas to help induce labor?

Hi I’m 38 weeks 5 days does anyone have any recommendations to induce labor? I have tried sex, bouncing, warm bath, spicy food, nipple stimulation and jumping jacks. If anyone has any ideas please let me know

Have a sweep done… that’s what did it for me this time

Definitely request a sweep. That gets things going for me. Outside of that, curb walking and sex. I don’t think eating anything special like spicy food really works, but ask your doctor if they can do a membrane sweep for you at your next checkup.

I’m 38 weeks 3 days and I’m not even dilating yet. I was having all sorts of contractions and my doctor though I’d have a baby by now but nope. She’s got 2.5 weeks before she’s getting evicted. 😅

Anyone have any ideas to help induce labor?
