So worried..bad anxiety

I keep getting what I’m assuming is gas pains that are random and sharp starting on my waist line then shoot down on top of my vagina (on the outside)

I have no idea what’s going on but I’m so worried sick…

Does anybody else get gas pains on your waist line / vagina area..has been happening on and off for 5 days now. I’m not on my period and not even due! It’s not period pain.
