C section moms help *gross incision pic”

Now I know this looks bad in the picture but this was right before I cleaned it. I feel like the incision itself is looking great but I’m concerned about the discharge coming from the incision. Does it look infected this is the normal process? I feel like it’s scabs forming.

My Doctor looked over it really good and said that it was not infected. She said some people heal this way and a lot of people get it confused with a infection because it does look pretty gross. It’s called a Serosanguineous drainage and its a normal part of healing. She said that I don’t have a fever or a bad odor so it was all good.
