Should I be concerned?

I haven’t waxed in a while and i was feeling down there and felt this? It kind of feels like an ingrown hair to me. It’s inside the lips, on the labial side near the clit where a little bit of hair does grow. Is this something i should be concerned about or just an ingrown? I haven’t had sex in about 2 years as well so

Bartholin cyst on the labia minora. Warm moist compress. Wait till it comes to head. Drain it and apply Neosporen with pain relief. Wear a pad and keep it  clean. It comes from moisture. Natural wetness, urine not being dried completely when you wipe etc

Yowza, looks like a cyst, yeah maybe from an ingrown hair or something. I get them from time to time- your doctor can give you an antibiotic gel that might help as long as it isn’t too near your vagina, or some will give you a corticosteroid shot that will collapse it right away. Or just do hot compresses as often as you can at home, it will drain or resolve.
