Ttc with blood spot today

I had a chemical pregnancy last month it ended on October 31, the doctor told me it will be like a period and yes the blood remained for 4-5 days.

It was so emotional and i was extremely depressed and stressed

Till two weeks after i knew that i was ovulating and i was trying again, today November 23rd, i saw a spot of brown blood in my underwear and i still have a week for my next period

Now i am feeling mild cramps in my ovaries and back

And usually i don’t feel it before a whole week before getting my period, just two days or a day before.

This might be pregnancy? Or implantation blood?
