Ladies Help!

Okay so here lately the last few months, I’ve been getting chronic UTI’s and I used the at home uti strips to check last week to see if I had one and it said I did so my doctor sends off my urine for a culture and it come back negative and no growth. The last two days my right kidney side has been hurting. I’m not having any symptoms except back pain on one side. I don’t have no chills, no fever, no pain when urinating, no itching, no burning, no blood in urine. Any thoughts?
