Twin mamas?

Any twin mamas here? How were you feeling before your first ultrasound where you found out? My ultrasound is December 7th & ive convinced myself that im gonna see twins. Ive had 6 pregnancyand 1 live birth, ni was no where near as sick as i have been with any one of my other pregnancies. We did letrozole & IUI November 3rd and by the 18th i have had morning sickness non stop, my breast are extremely tender & i literally am in the bathroom every half hour. Is it possible im having twins or am i over thinking it?
