bacterial vaginosis

i did write something similar to this topic yesterday but i have another question and want to make a separate post! has anyone had problems with reoccurrence bacterial vaginosis. i know antibiotics help get rid of it but i need to know what help prevent future reoccurrence what specific probiotic do you take and do you prefer the pill ones or the ones y’all insert and do yall take i everyday to prevent it.
