Cervix is asymmetric… a concern ?

The other day I got a ct scan for severe stomach pain however I also notice that the report said “Cervix is asymmetric to the left. & Uterus is retroverted” I’ve also developed a lump under my skin where my leg meets my groin on left side (bikini line area). It’s painful, has grown since October (quarter size) and now the skin looks slightly purple on outside.

I’ve had a ct scan less than a year ago and it didn’t say that. I saw two drs about it and they both say completely different things since they aren’t really sure what it is. I have a history of cancer as a teen so I like to be more precocious. Any ideas of what this all means?
