Does it look like I ovulated already?

Hello I had an ectopic pregnancy almost a month ago. I been testing for ovulation. I spotted for 2 days on the 29th and 30th. I also had right ovary pain and a lot of cm. I been using the pulling method, but my husband finish inside 3 days ago. I am scared that I will end up pregnant fast. I had my left fallopian tube removed. I didn’t want to use birth control since I have pcos and I didn’t want to whack out my hormones. I am scared now, but staying hopeful and praying 🙏🏼 for the best outcome.
