First time trying ovulation tests! I need help

My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive the last two months using my period tracker app with predicted ovulation dates, and have been having no success. This month we went and got ovulation tests but I’ve never used them before so understanding them is still new to me.

Second picture was from 12/3/23

Third picture was from today 12/4/23

I want to say the 2nd looks the darkest in my opinion but my boyfriend thinks the 1st is. Which one looks darker to you?!?!
