My fiancee has turned into a different person and we're in the middle of fertility treatment!

Back story: My fiancee and I have been together for over 12 years now. We've had 2 miscarriages and a stillborn. We have an incredible OB that also does fertility treatment. He was our doctor during our last baby that turned out to be a stillborn. I finally got a diagnosis of antiphospholid which is a blood clotting disorder. Most likely the cause of the loss of our three sweet angels. We have a treatment plan and I'm on fertility meds because my doctor is only at our clinic for the fall-spring months. He and his wife travel during the summer. Another amazing thing about this doctor is he takes my insurance.

So, my fiancee and rarely ever fight maybe a small snide remark every once in a while. He recently lost is job but is looking. We'd be fine on my income alone either way. About 2 weeks ago he broke down about how he doesn't feel like a man and he's terrified of another loss. I assured him my love for him and we can get through anything together. The next day he woke up a new man happy, extremely lovey, and couldn't keep his hands off me. He's been Doordashing since he lost his job and this weekend I drove him to spend time together and it's usually fun. Sunday night he seemed super stressed and a little argumentive. Well, since then he's been up and down emotionally, while also not sleeping much. Last night I was really concerned! He was clearly angry which he wasn't when I went to work. Little things are making him legit angry like spilling his drink on the couch. I've suggested he see a psychiatrist but it could take weeks or months. Of course I'm not going to leave him during his mental health issues but I just don't know what to do. I really don't want to stop our treatment plan with the OB, but I need him in the right headspace and more than anything happy.

I need some opinions on what to do and this is time sensitive with the doctor and we've spent so much money on the fertility drugs plus all the time. I feel selfish, but on the other hand we want this baby more than anything!!
