A lump in the breast!!!!😱

I discovered a lumps in my breast, approx 1.5 cm, centra, just over the areola.

I am seeing a practicing nurse to examine this tomorrow but I am GOING INSANE!!!

I have two kids under 10, their father is rather violent psychologically and I divorced him. He still has 50% of their time (this is just context, every legal aspect has been assessed).

I know this could be so many things not cancer. But for those that went through this kind of thing, how the hell do you handle the stress and fear. I have to work!! I work in front of a computer all day and it’s so hard for me to focus! I feel like crying and throwing up every minute of the day.
