urinary symptoms, BV or something else?

Hi guys, iv had some sort of bladder issue going on since July, but iv had loads of tests and I don’t have a UTI. Iv had a lot of antibiotics too. Could I have BV but mainly urine symptoms like my pee burning? I also kinda smell like onions. Iv had a STI test and it’s clear so it’s definitely not that but I also think BV surely would have died off from the amount of different antibiotics iv been having Incase I had a UTI? My pee is clear and not cloudy, I don’t have lots of discharge I’d say it’s normal, doesn’t really smell. I have had all of these symptoms since I had sex in July which makes it seem more like it’s a UTI. I’m At my wits end with it, I have an appointment with a urologist but not until February.
